All computer systems have to be designed by someone and they all need to be used properly by their intended users. They also need to be properly maintained, but how is this done?
Is it a random collection of people with no formal training who put these machines together - of course not!
They are put together and maintained by professionals who have an understanding of engineering standards and know how to apply them.
